I’m a firm believer that it’s not only the services a company provides that are important to a customer, but also the compassion and attention to detail in the most trying of times. It’s probably the most important facet of what we do here at Relocators.

We genuinely care about what you’re going through, and want to make even your most trying times as easy on you as we can. And it touches our hearts that you notice.

Recently, a customer named Debra asked for help moving her father’s belongings from his home of more than 50 years to an apartment. Sadly, six months later she called after her father passed away.

“You and your team could not have been more attentive,” she said. “I was truly touched by your compassion and consideration. You really go the extra mile and beyond as I discovered when I contacted you the day after the move to let you know that I left behind a painting that held sentimental value to my son.

“Sure enough between you and Frankie, you located the painting and mailed it the next day. Thank you, thank you, thank you… my son could not believe. It has become a ‘feel good’ story that I have shared with many. You are a rare find.”
